This semester long faculty seminar, organized by the Office of Experiential Learning and CETLL supported QC faculty to learn about approaches to “career competencies”, ways to integrate skills-building into course goals (and the role of faculty in these efforts), and pedagogical strategies to engage students in structured reflection to deepen their ideas of their futures, in work settings and beyond.
